What does “Wear & Tear” mean?

The House of Lords defines wear and tear as, “reasonable use of the premises by the tenant and the ordinary operation of natural forces”. Wear and tear is caused by day-to-day living.

How much notice do you require for the clean?

2-3 days’ notice is preferred, but it is not impossible to get a clean on the date you require with less notice then this.
